History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Meriele embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. She is obsessed with her god.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Meriele was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Meriele and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His crest is brass and curly. His red eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is a great chef.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: This woman wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with blue lining and desert motifs. She is muscular with a powerful set of arms. She wears a broad hat to cover her moderate length black hair. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Chaedi fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Shadow was born with her father's beautiful face. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and wants to work out more often
