Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She disdains her fellow southerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the south were limited. After a long history of fighting, Hlin and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Leaf lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the north were limited. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
