History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: This man loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lance grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lance. He became a Bather soon after.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. She is a great chef.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Prosperine was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Prosperine decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She worked as a nervous Layabout and found it very stressful. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Layabout.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and wants to open a new tavern
