History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Through the years after Pennie was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She has achieved small success as a Marshal.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and she wants revenge against brigands
