Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Peren was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 3'4" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her club with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. She wears her blonde hair up. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Callybon embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She was born in the south. Callybon was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Callybon decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
