History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Mardred alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a green costume with the symbols of strength on his torso. His dark red hair has been sun bleached extensively. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Nicor speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Nicor was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Nicor decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Bree was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
