History: Percival hails from a village terrorized by brigands. After coming to the age of reason, Percival took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and he has money and likes to spend it
