Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the east. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: She is a Jackalwere in disguise. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Navigator. She has achieved small success as a Navigator.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Through the years after Skak was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Skak's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His childhood dream was to be a Knight, but he was a colossal failure. He struck the Banker job and began his own company from there.
