Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. Meriele is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Meriele was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Meriele's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She's also a talented Bather, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. The war was a terrible time for her, and Cora does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Cora was born with her mother's beautiful face. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: To unite with her brother; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.

Description: Standing 4'2", this man is renowned for his bright grey suits and hats. His golden hair is long and unkept. His hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Taklinn is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sword.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
