Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Diggory grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Diggory. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ilanis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born in a small island village. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Vlorn never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Fletcher and was forced into it by his family; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: The child of a Shipwright, who enjoyed hunting, Nicor was taken on many hunting expeditions. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He's also a talented Shipwright, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and balancing his hectic life and new painter responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Map Maker business.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Wiggan was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Map Maker. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
