History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body, and is pretty ugly. Her blonde hair is wavy and long. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.
