History: The child of a Locksmith, who enjoyed hunting, River was taken on many hunting expeditions. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He has dyed his greying silver hair a little too much giving a sharp silver color. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She worked as a nervous Sailor and found it very stressful. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Rurik was born with his father's beautiful face. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he has money and likes to spend it
