Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Qualen embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Qualen was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Bellfounder. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. The war was a terrible time for her, and Olivia does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Olivia reached her early adolescence her Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Stableman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

History: Gifted from a young age, Taklinn studied abroad. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She became a Ploughman soon after.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and obtaining odd cultural half-elven artifacts is her passion
