History: Born in the west to a Sailor, Portia learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has worked as a Sailor like her mother before her.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Delre and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She moved out east to avoid the crime she committed. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
