Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Sarah embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When Sarah reached her early adolescence her Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Bardryn was born with her mother's beautiful face. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Nim was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with her Masseuse father left her crippled. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
