History: Born in the north to a Butcher, Bilga learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Bilga alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is her passion; and expand her business

The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
