He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He's also a talented Guard, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She uses divination through singing.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Layabout arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Joan took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up mace and armor she uses now. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
