Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. Roland enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Roland hails from a village terrorized by orcs. When Roland reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has worked as a Dyer like his father before him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Dyer responsibilities is difficult; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: This tall, slender man is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He has done his best to style his copper crest to look like a famous performer. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He worked as a nervous Unemployed and found it very stressful. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and expand his business

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He is dressed in an above average manner. His hair is short and black. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: An older man who wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty grey coat over it, he is not a threatening figure. His chestnut hair is cut short. His brown eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.
