Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears dull red sweaters, loose green pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed longbow, just in case, and is pretty ugly. Her white hair is braided into rings. Her ears are large.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She dropped out of school to support her sick father, and resented it. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: This woman stands a little under 4'0" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears a worn and beaten armor. Her silver hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Her eyes are likewise brown. Her teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 90. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Navigator arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She moved out east to avoid the crime she committed. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: This malnourished man wears a tan vest and prefers brown and grey shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He has a long chestnut beard with little hanging trinkets. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: A moderately attractive woman, she is wearing a long, white, dusty cloak. Her white hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: This man loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born to a Crown-heir, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his music dream.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Blacksmith responsibilities is difficult; and expand his business
