Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. She wears a blue shirt with thin black vertical stripes and brown pants, marred by sweets. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. Her gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Shanairla was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Shanairla decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Barber kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and retire the richest woman in the south

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she is dressed in earthy colors with a black and blue handkerchief worn on her left side. Her golden hair is still thick. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kabbarg grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Kabbarg liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. After a long history of fighting, Kabbarg and her spouse have recently divorced.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears a tight fitting grey shirt and pants. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. Reynard enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Through the years after Reynard was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Reynard's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Reynard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He bought a trident and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
