History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Solomon was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Barber. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. A gifted student he started as a Bowyer, but he got bored and became a Barber. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Barber for hire.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ishmoz grew up listening to his father's many stories. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Ishmoz alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to pay off his debts
