Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Raam was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Aristocrat, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Aristocrat in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Beggar work with an outfit from a few towns over. Beggar work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Beggar and occasionally as a mercenary.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. The war was a terrible time for her, and Margery does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and to protect her home

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her rusty crest is knotted and matted. Her red eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and a deep hatred of gnolls

Voice: Loud with bravado

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Half-Elf, and stands approximately 5'7". She typically wears violet cloth garments or leather armor, and her gloved hand is found clutching a sword. She wears a deerstalker hat to cover her moderate length red hair. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Layabout born in the past three hundred years. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nimble grew up listening to his father's many stories. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult; and he desires power and/or immortality
