Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she dresses in blue turtlenecks beneath a pastel coat with black slacks. With bright chestnut hair. She has gleaming, smiling brown eyes.

Personality: She is a Glassblower first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Meriele was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Expert, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Expert in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Through the years after Meriele was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Meriele's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a black vest and prefers red and white shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, and is pretty ugly. Her chestnut hair, when down, is lengthy. Her eyes are green and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She hates illithids. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Shautha was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it

Description: He is dressed in earthy colors with a green and brown handkerchief worn on his right side. His dark red hair, when down, is lengthy. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Voice: Soft and mumbly

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with black colored cloaks and clothing. His rusty crest is long and unkept. His gold eyes peer out from beneath his broad black hat.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he's looking for his big break

Description: He wears a yellow shirt, with a tan mid length shorts with tan tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. He has styled his auburn hair well, parting it to the right. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
