Description: A middle-aged man, he prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs, and is pretty ugly. His top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 89. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. The war was a terrible time for him, and Percival does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born into a rich family. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: She is a husky woman, who dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. Her rusty crest is lengthy. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with poetry. She constantly tries to fill her life with poetry. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: This late middle aged man wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with grey lining and desert motifs and is in decent physical shape. His hair is blonde, silky, and of moderate length. He has brown eyes and a grey hat with a green feather.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 4'1" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears bulky grey painted plate armor. Her golden hair is heavily combed to the right. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are green.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with writing. She constantly tries to fill her life with writing. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and balancing her hectic life and new locksmith responsibilities is difficult

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a grey shirt, with a green mid length shorts with green tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are violet.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Shoemaker born in the past three hundred years. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Alberich was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Shoemaker. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Shoemaker for the past few years.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and sabotage a competitor
