She struck the Sage job and began her own company from there.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gifted student he started as a Herbalist, but he got bored and became a Locksmith. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She is mildly Human supremacist, though she does not identify as such. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Mary was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Warrior, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Warrior in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Mary was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Mary decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and expand his business

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
