History: She was born in the south. A gifted student she started as a Servant, but she got bored and became a Carter. She has achieved small success as a Carter.

History: Lance lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While she appears to be a normal Gnome, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 4 years.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and balancing her hectic life and new shipwright responsibilities is difficult
