History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. After a long history of fighting, Nija and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Description: This woman wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her shield with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized aquamarine on her left hand. With wild auburn hair. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gifted student he started as a Performer, but he got bored and became a Mortician. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Wobbles was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Wants a kiss; and balancing his hectic life and new animal trainer responsibilities is difficult
