History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Jocelyn took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up bastard sword and armor he uses now. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He got into the Shoemaker business at a young age. His first spouse was a Sage, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He tends to his Shoemaker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. She saw the violence of war and the aftermath so she converted to religion and dedicated herself to non-violence.
