History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Some 6 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Gesrethe never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
