History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Conrad was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Conrad's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Conrad and his spouse have recently divorced.

This search led him directly into Shoemaker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shoemaker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.

Description: This younger middle-aged man is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His chestnut hair is smooth and relatively long. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: Avice speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Miner profession.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. A gifted student she started as a Miner, but she got bored and became a Seamstress. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and further expansion of business
