Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the north were limited. He became a Crown-heir soon after.
