Description: A middle-aged man, he wears black trousers with brown and grey striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts, and is pretty ugly. His copper crest, when down, is lengthy. His ears are large.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Patrin is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Patrin was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. Patrin abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Fragrant lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears black painted combat armor at almost all times. His hair is purple and curly. He has black eyes.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Nirgel was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: She wears bulky brown painted plate armor. She carries a battered longbow and tarnished axe as well. Her fur is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Moon fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and money/treasure

Description: This fat northern woman has a bulbous nose and dresses in tan turtlenecks beneath a brown coat with white slacks. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her tied-back hair is white. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter.
