Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying north to reunite her family. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the east. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
