History: Margery was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Unemployed work with an outfit from a few towns over. Unemployed work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Margery fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the south were limited. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the north were limited. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born to a Healer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
