History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Hunter for hire.

He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. A true patriot, Pelt would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She now mingles about in high society.
