History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Uthemar took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up pickaxe and armor he uses now. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Xanaphia alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She's also a talented Cook, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To unite with her brother; and she wants revenge against goblins

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She's also a talented Miner, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
