History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. She always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

Description: He wears an entirely white suit with tan socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy silver hair. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Howard embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Howard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Howard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He's also a talented Weaver, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
