History: Hatae lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her first spouse was a Laborer, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She saw the violence of war and the aftermath so she converted to religion and dedicated herself to non-violence.
