History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Akta's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Akta was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
