However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the goblins.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Joan grew up listening to her father's many stories. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Joan was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: Born in the north to a Servant, Pyra learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Through the years after Pyra was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Pyra's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now mingles about in high society.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
