History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Description: An older man who wears a simple white robe with black stripes complete with hood, he is not a threatening figure. His chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Nora was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
