After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Ar-Gul was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He tends to his Courier job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and retire the richest man in the south

Description: This woman tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized amethyst on her right hand. She keeps her blue crest in a pixie cut. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: She was born into a rich family. She found a children's book about a Dragonborn Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and she's looking for her big break

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
