Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: She was born in the south. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Elven companion (her 'brother'). She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and obtaining odd cultural half-elven artifacts is her passion

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Reynard was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Description: He wears a blue armored body suit, with a simple black line shooting up and back down, and he perpetually has his kukri ready. His red hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Mindartis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Mindartis. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mindartis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Halfling compassion; and to reunite with her absent father
