Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Jacoba abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy auburn stubble. He very much looks the part of a Doctor. He has a hunchback. His auburn hair is matted, messy, and big. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his dancing with anyone who is interested.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Kiirith lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and a rival would like him out of the picture
