History: Kaladan lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Miller, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Shautha alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south; and a rival would like her out of the picture

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Stableman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and she is greedy

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He takes great joy in being the best Armorer in town.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jocelyn grew up listening to his father's many stories. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Armorer and occasionally as a mercenary.
