History: Hoshû was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting brigands, the young Hoshû began to lead the lost caravan. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has achieved small success as a Fortune-teller.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born to a Guard, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the east were limited. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Bilga will drive conversation. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and a rival would like her out of the picture
