History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Through the years after Balifra was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Balifra's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She moved out north to avoid the crime she committed. She now mingles about in high society.
