History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Matilda took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up sword and armor she uses now. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Hunter and occasionally as a mercenary.

History: She was born in a small desert village. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: Shifting was born with her mother's beautiful face. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified.
