She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. After a long history of fighting, Nissa and her spouse have recently divorced.

She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She got into the Adventurer business at a young age. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She tends to her Adventurer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
