History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He worked as a nervous Barber and found it very stressful. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: He is an average looking northern male in his early mid-life. He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His auburn hair is still thick. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. Kristryd is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and seeks redemption
